The service
mySheet is a subscription timesheet service for businesses. Plans are billed per active user per month (or per year on annual billing) in Australian dollars.
Trial and billing
Every plan starts with a free 30-day trial and no payment card is needed during the trial. Billing starts only when you choose a plan and complete checkout; any remaining trial days are credited before the first charge. There is no setup fee and no lock-in contract. You can upgrade at any time, and downgrade once your account fits the smaller plan's caps.
User caps
Stubby supports up to 2 active users and Grower up to 5. Show-er has no user cap. You are only billed for active users.
Your data
Your organisation owns its timesheet data. You can export it as CSV at any time. Retention windows per plan are described in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Use mySheet lawfully and only for recording your own team's work time within your organisation. Where GPS or selfie features are enabled, your organisation is responsible for informing team members and meeting its obligations as an employer.
