30-day free trial, then pick a plan. All prices are in AUD, per user, and exclude GST. Pay monthly, or pay yearly ($8, $12 or $15 a month) and save up to 21%.

Annual billing is $96, $144 or $180 per user per year, charged once upfront ($8, $12 or $15 a month, but never billed monthly), which works out to a saving of up to 21% compared with paying monthly. GST is added on top of these prices. No card for the trial, no setup fee, no lock-in, and you are only billed for active users.
FAQ
When is mySheet available?
mySheet launches in November 2026. Get in touch to register your interest and we'll let you know as soon as it's ready.
How will my team clock on and off?
Put a shared tablet at the workshop or the gate. Staff tap their name, enter their PIN, take a selfie, and they are clocked in or out. The kiosk comes with Grower and Show-er, and managers can also enter or fix hours.
Do we need special hardware or internet?
No special hardware. Any tablet with a web browser will do, and it needs an internet connection to clock people in.
What if someone forgets to clock off or gets it wrong?
A manager fixes the times before approving. You can approve, reject with a reason, or revert the timesheet to Draft.
Does it handle our award, overtime and penalty rates?
Choose from our industry pre-built award rule sets, the one that best matches your company. Name it and assign it to your staff. Rule structure only. You check every rule. This is not payroll advice.
Can I get the hours into payroll or Xero?
Yes. CSV payroll export is on every plan. Xero import brings in employees, pay rates and pay calendars on Grower and above. Export approved timesheets to Xero is on Show-er.
Can I see what each job costs me in labour?
Yes. Labour cost by job is hours times pay rate. It covers labour only, with no materials or invoicing.
Can I run more than one team, site or crew?
Multi-team is on Show-er, which has unlimited users. Roster and leave come with Grower and above (up to 20 users on Grower), and Stubby covers 2 users.
Is there a free trial, and can I cancel?
Yes. There is a 30-day free trial, then you pick a plan. Cancel any time, and cancelling stops the next renewal.
Is my data safe?
Sensitive details like tax file numbers, BSBs and bank account numbers are encrypted, and the timesheet database is hosted in Sydney. The Privacy Policy has the detail.
